A Few Reminders:

• If any afternoon pickup/dismissal arrangements have changed, please contact the office and amend the permission note.
• If Travelling throughout Term 4, please complete the 'Extended Leave' form and return this to the School Office.
• Any alterations or new medications to be administered during school hours, please once again complete the form in the School Office.
